You agree not to use the Site or services for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity. Fees for Callsentials services will be communicated at the time of signup, purchase, onboarding, or by separate written agreement. You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees, setup fees, onboarding fees, and other agreed charges associated with your selected plan and services. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are recurring and will continue according to the billing terms provided to you.

5. Subscription Fees and Separate Usage Charges

Callsentials monthly subscription fees cover access to the platform, workflow automation, CRM tools, service configuration, and related support as described in the selected plan. Monthly subscription pricing does not include phone number fees, SMS fees, MMS fees, voice call charges, usage-based communication charges, carrier fees, compliance fees, registration fees, taxes, or other third-party telecommunications-related costs unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Phone number charges, text messaging charges, voice charges, carrier/compliance charges, and other communication-related fees may apply regardless of subscription plan and will be billed separately based on actual usage, applicable provider rates, and related service activity. These charges may vary from billing period to billing period depending on account usage, call volume, message volume, phone number assignments, regulatory requirements, and carrier-related costs.

By using Callsentials services, you acknowledge and agree that communication-related charges are separate from the monthly subscription fee and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

6. Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that Callsentials may contact you regarding your inquiry, demo request, account activity, service updates, appointment scheduling, reminders, support, and related service communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

7. Third-Party Services

Callsentials may rely on third-party providers for hosting, messaging, phone services, automation, analytics, scheduling, and related functions. We are not responsible for outages, delays, delivery failures, filtering, or other issues caused by third-party services or carriers.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and materials provided by Callsentials are owned by Callsentials or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. User Submissions
